- National, multi-regional or territorial-scale studies involving multi-institution data collection, consolidation, harmonisation and validation
- GIS systems, geospatial database constitution and management, risk and vulnerability mapping, metadata structuring and QA/QC controls
- Design and/or development of digital risk consultation and decision-support solutions including geospatial bases, web services, interoperable APIs and WebGIS devices
- Integration of digital systems with existing platforms/information systems regarding interoperability, access rights management, security, API documentation and maintenance
- Strategic recommendations, action plans or resilience, service continuity, contingency and infrastructure recovery roadmaps
- Capacity to mobilise qualified interdisciplinary team covering disaster risk reduction, GIS and geodata, energy infrastructure, ICT infrastructure, API/geoservices development, training and stakeholder facilitation. Firms may associate with others if clearly indicating the form of association. Qualified local partner participation is an advantage.
