Addendum for extension of services - Technical assistance to The Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) for IPA instrument, CRIS 446-979 (initial procedure ref.: NEAR/TGD/2022/EA-RP/0241). The overall objective is to continue further building and strengthening of the capacities of the CFCU, including PIUs and grant beneficiaries, in order to ensure efficient and effective management and implementation of EU assistance funds to Montenegro
