Description
Le présent contrat de service concerne une mesure complémentaire de l’appui budgétaire produit par l’Union Européenne à la Côte d’Ivoire. L’objectif de cette mesure complémentaire sera d’appuyer l’Etat de Côte d’Ivoire à renforcer la pertinence, l’efficience et l’efficacité des politiques publiques en poursuivant les réformes-clés de modernisation de la Gestion des Finances Publiques et en renforçant les capacités de planification, programmation, suivi évaluation de l’intervention de l’Etat. L’appui se fera sous la forme d’un projet d’assistance technique sur des thématiques telles que la programmation budgétaire, les Statistiques, le Contrôle interne ; la Comptabilité ou encore le Contrôle externe (liste indicative, sujette à modification …).
