Description
The technical assistance (TA) support aims to assist the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) and other national-level institutions in strengthening the capacity of county governments. This will enhance their ability to effectively mobilize Own Source Revenue (OSR) for improved service delivery and develop policies to identify and address marginalization. The TA will support the CRA in its advisory and policy development roles and will facilitate stakeholder engagement in initiatives focused on OSR and addressing marginalization issues.
